I found yoga when I was feeling really lost in life. A friend invited me to a class in Boston while I was in college, and I was hooked. Having played competitive sports my entire life, I craved a movement practice and sense of community that yoga was able to provide. It has fostered physical strength & flexibility, helped to calm my overactive mind, and allowed me to reconnect with my soul. Over the past 10 years, my practice has helped me heal & manage stress, anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, and my relationship with my body. I love feeling a sense of belonging among others with a common shared desire to grow and transform.

I teach a power flow class, offering a warm and welcoming environment, breath work, meditation, and an all-levels experience, giving the opportunity to push yourself or modify as needed. I also lead a sound bath meditation in which students are able to relax deeply while listening to crystal alchemy bowls heard through the ears and vibration felt through the body, fostering deep relaxation and healing at a cellular level.

I was born and raised in Pittsfield, then spent 14 years living in Boston before moving back to the area in 2020. In 2019, I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Erica Bornstein, Catie Macken, and Jess Ray at the Essence of Yoga School in Boston, MA. I am also an Integrative Health Practitioner and Reiki Master. In my spare time, I love to hike with my husband & our dog Milo, play with our cats, tap into a creative project, & simply enjoy the beauty the Berkshires has to offer.

By sharing this practice, I hope to inspire others to find their light through the growth & transformative process that is available to us all. I am excited to reconnect with the local community, provide a space of connection & support, and facilitate more ease and flow both on and off the mat.
