With an open and curious mind, I stepped into my first yoga class and the more I stepped onto my mat, the more curious and excited I became to experience the richness of yoga. In so many ways, yoga inspires me. I experience yoga as a door to greater awareness of the love and beauty of this life. I have seen my daily yoga and meditation practice transform my world— my ability to focus, access peace of mind, and stay centered amongst life’s challenges.

In my classes, I draw on meditation, breath-work, and vinyasa to create a rhythmic and expressive yoga experience. I honor the space that yoga opens us up to and see it as an invitation for us to cultivate a deep and integrated awareness of mind, body, and spirit. In class, you will often hear me read beautiful quotes and poems that serve as threads to connect us with the beauty of life and our deepest intentions. 

I  had the pleasure of completing my 200 hour YTT in Manhattan at the Bhakti Center and my 300 hour training with Supersoul Yoga in Maharashtra, India. I received training in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Nidra yoga styles.

I’m so grateful and inspired to be able to contribute to sharing the benefits of yoga with others through teaching! I’m so proud that I can share this dynamic and versatile gift with people everyday.
