Cayla Pagano

My yoga journey began when I took a one credit Introduction to Yoga course my freshman year of college. At that moment it was just an “easy” class to meet a requirement but since then it has become so much more for me and has seen me through so many stages of my life. Practicing yoga was what kept me feeling good during my pregnancy, being on the mat was where I built confidence back postpartum, it was a space to relax and restore my body after strenuous exercise (I love to hike high peaks, mt bike, lift & spin..), an outlet when I needed to turn my mind off from the day to day and turn within and most recently it has become a place to build a sense of community after moving to the Berkshires. For me, teaching yoga is a chance to help someone else find exactly what they need in that moment, no matter what that may be.

I completed my 200 hour YTT with Radiance Spring of 2023 and now get to hold space for others to build strength (both physical and mental), get a little sweaty, tune out life distractions and give themselves an hour to move their body in a way that feels good for them. I want my students to leave class feeling strong and empowered with a peaceful mind.

In my class you can expect upbeat music, positive energy, strength building flows with lots of modifications and advancements and a long cool down. I like to focus on mind muscle connection, the deep core and only giving YOUR body and mind what it needs without judgment. Come arrive as you are and take what you need from a class with me :)
