I found yoga in college when I was looking for a way to control my anxiety and heal my body from chronic stress + overtraining. I'm so proud to now share the practice and give others permission to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and feel like freakin' unicorns in daily life!
Funny story - I completed my 200-hour certificate with Radiance Yoga and now I'm the studio owner and leader of our 200-hour training! Just goes to show that you never know where life will take you! I went on to complete my 500-hour advanced certificate with Brett Larkin and am currently studying under Baron Baptiste. I love being a student and have completed a variety of other fitness + wellness degrees + certifications.
My classes emphasize linking breath with movement, discovering safe + enjoyable options for the modern body and making yoga techniques accessible off of the mat. I love heart openers that counter our daily lives and restorative poses that give us permission to rest. I’m known for sprinkling a little heat and a little sweet into every class, especially my signature creation - Rad Yoga Barre! I want to help every student realize how strong and capable they already are while learning how to rest, recover + linger in the sweet spots on the mat and in daily life. I can't wait to see you on your mat for a perfect balance of movement + relaxation!
