New Client FAQ’s

Nope! This is a common misconception. We are super beginner friendly and offer many beginner-level hot yoga and fitness classes to help you develop your practice and find your flow!
It’s important you wear something comfortable that you can move in. You want to be able to flow without restrictive clothing!
We highly recommend booking your classes in advance. Our studio space is limited to 20 students per class – and classes fill up quickly!
We have mats available for rent (free for members) at the front desk! Just stop by before class and we’ll get you set up.
Infrared heat has rad therapeutic benefits. Infrared heat directly penetrates your tissues, muscles, and joints which allows for increased flexibility, circulation, and a detoxing sweat sesh.
They sure are! At Radiance, we bring the heat. All classes have infrared heat that ranges from 80-95 degrees. We promise you’ll have a sweaty good time.
You will find street parking and several parking lots across from our Pittsfield studio.

Beginners to seasoned yogis are welcome. Our online and hybrid approach makes our course super beginner friendly since you can take it at your own pace. Plus you have forever access to a vast library of on-demand course content, so you can rewatch lessons to dive deeper into subjects you want to learn more about!
Of course! Despite its name, our yoga teacher training is open to anyone who wants to dive deeper into their practice and learn a more practical approach to yoga. You’ll learn the philosophy and methodology of the practice and how to apply it to life on and off the mat.
Once you finish your 200-hour course, you’ll receive a certification and become eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. This will make you a certified yoga teacher and ready for employment. In fact, many of our graduates come back to teach at Radiance after they complete the course.
You’ll receive a super snazzy (and official) Radiance Teacher Training certification once you successfully complete and pass your course!
That’s the best part about our online course, you can complete it anytime, anywhere! You don’t need to be local to the Berkshires to register.
We offer tuition options for local students who want in-person practice and long-distance students who want the online-only experience. You can choose a payment option that splits your investment into 4 installments.
