Health and wellness is such a huge and important aspect of my life, and being able to share my passion for all things wellness with others makes my heart sing. Our physical, mental, and emotional health is so incredibly important, and when one is off balance, the others take over. We need to create a balance to be the best version of ourselves.

I started yoga as a freshman in high school with my coach having us run to Nautilus every Tuesday before our meets on Wednesday for an hour long yoga class. As a dancer, I naturally loved it. Not only did it help me focus on the race, it also brought me to my roots of dance that I still cherish every day, even though I am not dancing anymore. Becoming a yoga teacher allows me to bring dance back in a way; not fully, but in a different realm. With the push from Shannon, I gained the confidence to get my 200hr certification through Radiance, and now I am the Director of Radiance - I am so incredibly grateful.

In my classes, you can expect to sweat along with feeling powerful, fluid, and grounded. I love to do a lot of balance work to challenge our inner selves, and I think it is important to show balance in life in many different ways. Each class will start and end with us connecting with our bodies inward, reflecting on the practice at hand, and be intertwined with power and balance throughout our bodies. Expect to laugh, wobble, and enjoy time on your mat while testing yourself. I cannot wait to connect and become grounded with you, on and off of the mat!
