Kala Gresser

Kala is a Berkshire native and comes to yoga through a lifetime of personal practice. The yogic philosophy is embodied in her life and her teaching.

Kala has taught in a variety of settings and the types of yoga she teaches include: Hatha, Vinyassa, Children’s Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Private Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga.

Her teaching style blends a sequence of postures while promoting breath awareness, meditation, deep relaxation and self-healing.

Off the mat, Kala is a mother of three beautiful children who supports social changes through volunteer work in our community.
